Unofficial Coffee Meet-Up

Where:

Sisters' Sludge Coffee Cafe and Wine Bar

Google Maps: Location

Google Maps: Directions from Solomon's Porch to Sisters' Sludge

When:

Monday, 6:00pm-10:00pm

Takes place every week.

Rules:

The Coffee Meet-Up is Player Hosted. This means it is Unofficial and does not guarantee that Staff members of any level will be present. We do strongly encourage players to meet and build camaraderie outside of the game and off the game floor. The Twin Cities Garou: Last Stand game is successful thanks to word of mouth, cooperation of players, and establishing trust, even in times of in-game conflict.

  • Respect the hosting location!
    • If our players are found to be harassing or causing ruckus at the meet-up location, you can expect appropriate reprimands in accordance with our Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Policies.
    • Look, we rely on a good reputation and word of mouth, so we will reasonably act to protect the game as a whole.
  • Staff, of any level, are not guaranteed or expected to be present at the Coffee Meet-Up
  • Attendance at the Coffee Meet-Up is never required. This applies to players and staff alike.
  • Staff present at the Meet-Up are not required to act on behalf of their staff duties. They are present to socialize, not work.
    • Narrators are forbidden from acting as a narrator at the meet-up. They are supporters to the Storytellers and should not be asked to perform an ST duty.
  • Having an in-character conversation to catch up on the new, ongoing events, or plan for scene requests is allowed.
    • This is the same as using pack-link chat services, such as the Discord channels.
  • Taking In-Character actions at the meet-up is forbidden in virtually all circumstances.
    • This includes "friendly sparring matches" where two players may agree they want to run a combat in the challenge circle.
    • If an ST is at the Coffee, it is their discretion if they will perform as ST and allow a scene that has no mechanical benefit or impact to the game as a whole.
  • You understand and agree to respect the Storyteller Policy "Putting Things in Writing":
    • Informal conversations with storytellers, whether held before game starts, during game, after game, at coffee, or at some other social situation, are not binding. Storytellers may give opinions or even answers, but those answers are not binding unless they are in writing. So if a conversation is had, you (the player) must send an e-mail to the ST account tcgarousts@gmail.com, reminding us of what the conversation was about and what answer you remember getting to your question. If we still agree with that solution, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, at which point the decision will stand.
